JENNIFER M MOORE

Jennifer brings over 30 years of experience in youth ministry and development to her role as the Executive Director/CEO of Y.O.U.T.H., Inc. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering and a Master of Arts in Christian Community Development, reflecting her deep commitment to both scientific and social aspects of community building.

Jennifer’s extensive background includes owning a daycare, certification as a youth and adult mental health first aider, and service as a Mercy Ships volunteer and as a CASA in El Paso, TX. Currently, she also works as a medical equipment planner and project manager, a career that she has enjoyed for almost 40 years, seamlessly blending her technical expertise with her passion for helping others in the healthcare industry.

Driven by her love for working with children and youth, Jennifer sees her role as an incredible opportunity and a profound responsibility. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys exploring new cuisines as a self-proclaimed foodie, cherishing the companionship of her white Chihuahua, Loki, and pursuing her passion for lifelong learning.
